Acrobatics
Our Acrobatics classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and tumbling skills. Students learn safe techniques for tricks, partner work, and transitions, building body awareness and control through fun, progressive training.

Aerial
Our Aerial classes explore movement on apparatus such as hoop, silks, and trapeze. Students build upper body and core strength, coordination, and confidence while learning beautiful shapes, spins, and sequences in the air with a strong focus on safety and technique.

Circus
Our Circus classes introduce a range of exciting skills including juggling, balance props, and creative movement. These fun, high-energy sessions encourage coordination, creativity, and confidence while exploring the playful and theatrical side of circus arts.

Musical Theatre
Our Musical Theatre classes combine singing, dancing, and acting to help students become confident, well-rounded performers. These fun and energetic sessions focus on developing stage presence, vocal technique, character work, and choreography, all while working towards live performance opportunities.

Dance & Exam Classes
Our Dance & Exam classes offer a well-rounded training program that includes ballet, contemporary, and lyrical styles, designed to build strong technique, musicality, and expressive performance. These sessions also incorporate acrobatic exam preparation, helping students develop flexibility, strength, and safe acro skills while working towards accredited certifications.
