Terms & Conditions for Private Lessons
To ensure a smooth experience for both students and teachers, please carefully read and agree to the following terms before booking a private lesson.
These terms and conditions govern your relationship with Vixen Dance & Circus (“we“, “us“, “our“). By booking a private lesson, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Booking & Payment
Once a private lesson is booked, it is chargeable in full, upon receipt of the invoice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or no later than 48 hours in advance of the class booking.
If payment is not received at least 48 hours before, we reserve the right to cancel the session and offer the slot to another student.
Refunds are not available for non-attendance.
We reserve the right to rebook and charge for a new lesson or offer an alternative date if possible.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full lesson rate, and no refunds or credits will be given.
If you give the required notice, your payment can be transferred to a future private lesson within 4 weeks.
No-Shows & Lateness
If you do not attend your private lesson without notice, it will be charged in full.
If you arrive late, your lesson will still finish at the scheduled time and you will be charged in full.
Teacher Cancellations
If Bella needs to cancel your private lesson, you will not be charged.
We will offer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
If Bella is late we will offer to run over or add additional time onto a future lesson.
Emergency Exceptions
We understand that genuine emergencies can happen. In exceptional circumstances, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be credited or rescheduled at our discretion. Proof may be required.
